Results build over weeks to months and tend to look more natural because it's your own tissue doing the work.
How many Sculptra® sessions do I need?
Most patients do 2–3 sessions spaced about 6 weeks apart, mapped to your specific volume loss. Tom assesses your anatomy at your free consultation and builds a session plan from there.
How long do Sculptra® results last?
Collagen rebuilt with Sculptra® can last 2 years or longer for many patients, well beyond typical hyaluronic acid fillers.
What does Sculptra® treat?

Is there downtime after Sculptra®?
None. Mild swelling or bruising at injection sites is possible. You'll be given a short at-home massage routine for the days following treatment to help the product settle evenly.
