How is Dysport® different from Botox®?
Both are FDA-approved neurotoxins that relax the muscles behind expression lines. Dysport® works faster (visible results in 2–5 days vs. 5–10 for Botox®), spreads more evenly across larger areas, and tends to last longer. It's been Tom's primary neurotoxin for over 20 years.
What does Dysport® treat?
Forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet, brow lift, lip flip, bunny lines, gummy smile, downturned mouth corners, neck bands, sagging jowls, TMJ, facial slimming, and hyperhidrosis. It's also used in our proprietary P-Tox™ and Magic Button Shot™ protocols.
How long does Dysport® last?
Typically 3–5 months, often longer than Botox®. With consistent treatment, results tend to extend as the treated muscle gradually weakens.
Is there downtime after Dysport®?
None. Most patients go straight back to their day. Avoid lying flat or strenuous exercise for 4 hours after treatment.
