No Show Policy

To our Valued Patients

Your scheduled appointments are very important to the entire team at Las Vegas Aesthetics. The time we allocate for your appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand things can happen to warrant an adjustment to the schedule; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. For O-Shot & P-Shot, please call 48 hours in advance to change appointment time. All of our policies are designed to accommodate our many patients and are structured in the best most fair way to continue providing the highest standard of care for our current and future clientele. 

Scheduling an online appointment signifies you have read
and will comply with our No-Show policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OUR VALUED PATIENTS

Please understand that when you forget to show up for your appointment, show up late or cancel your appointment at the last minute, we are not able to fill that appointment time with clients who would gladly have arrived promptly to receive services they need. 

We now ask that all new and current patients supply a valid credit card to have on secured file. Our system is secure & encrypted. Your information is safe.  On condition we do not receive the required notice for cancellations or to reschedule, the following fees will be applied to your card.*

  • Changes or rescheduling requests given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive NO charges. 
  • P-Shot & O-Shot require 48 hours notice.  Sculptra Buttock enhancement will require a 48 hour notification as product specific for your treatment need to be prepared in advance. 
  • Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time or failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 50% charge of the appointment fee or 100% of the service cost if less than $150.
  • Consultations are complimentary as a courtesy to our new patients, however, we will require a credit card on file. If you miss your consultation this will result in a fee of $75. 
  • These fees can be deducted from the deposit that was required upon booking the service.

LATE ARRIVALS

Although arriving 10 or 15 minutes late to your appointment might not seem consequential, the remainder of the day’s schedule can/will be altered and other patients following you will then be unfairly delayed. We will make every effort to accommodate your appointment if time permits and at the discretion of the service provider, but expect your appointment time may be rescheduled. If we are not able to accommodate your appointment in the schedule on the same day, the cancellation/no show fee outlined above will be assessed.

CONFIRMATION REMINDERS

We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment. So as a courtesy, we will send out email, or SMS messages or both to confirm your service appointments 1-2 days prior to your appointment date. It is imperative we have your current mobile number on file so that we can contact you. We know you enjoy coming to Las Vegas Aesthetics as do all our faithful clientele. As such, it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and help us service our patients better by providing enough notice to avoid the cancellation fees.

*If your credit card on file declines the charge this will place a hold on your account. Failure to pay your balance will affect your ability to book future appointments. Delinquent accounts may be sent to a collection agency.
